General provisions

1. The Privacy Policy outlines the method of collecting, processing, and storing personal data necessary for providing services remotely via electronic means through the website speedapp.pl.  

2. The Data Controller of the personal data of the website's users is speedapp Sp. z o.o., a company based in Warsaw (00-028), at ul. Bracka 25, NIP 9512394461, KRS: 0000563188.  

3. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).  

4. The data collected by the Controller will be:    
– processed lawfully,    
– collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,    
– factually accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,    
– stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.  

5. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee the proper processing of personal data. All questions and concerns regarding the processing of personal data should be directed to rodo@speedapp.pl.

Definitions

1. Administrator: speedapp Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (00-028) at ul. Bracka 25, NIP 9512394461, KRS: 0000563188.  

2. Personal Data: refers to information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.  

3. Cookies: small pieces of data stored as text files in a web browser; websites use this information to track user activity and enable features specific to each user.  

4. Processing: means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether automated or not, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, aligning or combining, restricting, erasing, or destroying.  

5. GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).  

6. Website: the website managed by the Administrator under the domain speedapp.pl.

Scope of collected data

1. The Administrator processes personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered through the Website and its various functionalities.

2. The scope of the data collected is adequate to the purpose for which it is gathered. In particular, this includes: name, email address, phone number, and location data.

Purposes and legal basis for data processing

The User's personal data on the Website may be processed for the following purposes:
1. communication with the User via the contact form available on the Website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which may result in certain actions being taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
2. conducting the recruitment process for the position selected by the User (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR concerning data specified by the Labor Code and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in the case of data exceeding the scope indicated in the aforementioned legal provisions),
3. building a database of candidates for future recruitment processes (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
4. providing marketing content through the communication channel chosen by the User (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

In each of the cases mentioned above, providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the functionalities of the Website.

Data retention period

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in particular until the User withdraws the consent given (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) or lodges a valid objection to data processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

In the case of the recruitment process, personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process, and after its completion, depending on the decision made, it will either support other processes, be deleted 3 months after the recruitment ends, or be stored until the purpose of processing ceases or the consent given for processing data in future recruitment processes is withdrawn.

Information on processing

The recipients of personal data may include entities acting on behalf of the Administrator, including its technology, logistics, and/or organizational partners.

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) when the Administrator uses the services of entities providing IT solutions and systems, which may store personal data on servers located outside this area (including in the United States), or when the Administrator provides services related to its business activities – to the extent necessary for their execution. The basis for such a transfer may be a decision by the European Commission recognizing an adequate level of protection or the implementation of appropriate legal safeguards, particularly the standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.

Joint Controllership

Speedapp, as the creator of profiles on the social media platforms listed below, provided by the indicated entities, is a Joint Controller of the personal data published on these profiles along with:

Each of the aforementioned Joint Controllers independently decides on the purposes and means of data processing, albeit to varying extents. Speedapp is only responsible for the personal data it processes.

User Rights

Every User of the Website has the right to:
1. access their Data,
2. rectify their Data,
3. erase their Data,
4. restrict the processing of their Data,
5. data portability,
6. object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator,
7. withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Every User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates the provisions of the GDPR.If the Website User has any doubts about the exercise of their rights or encounters any difficulties, they can contact the Data Protection Officer at any time at rodo@speedapp.pl.

3. statistical cookies – these include session cookies (deleted after closing the browser window used by the User) and cookies stored from 1 day to a maximum of 2 years;
4. marketing cookies – these include session cookies (deleted after closing the browser window used by the User) and cookies stored from 3 to 6 months;
5. unclassified cookies – stored for 1 year from the date of recording.
